TrustIQ is a brand of Mike Drops Pty Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices. We comply with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles.

Who we are

Information we collect

From the Reputation Audit form: your business name and an email or mobile number, so we can prepare and send your free audit and follow up if you'd like help.
From our clients: business name, contact name, email, phone and details needed to set up and run your review system.
From your customers: the contact details you provide (name, email and/or mobile number) so we can send a review invitation on your behalf, after a completed job or visit.
Website data: standard analytics such as pages viewed and general location, used to improve the site.
Attribution data: when you arrive from an ad or link, we may record campaign tags (such as UTM values), a Google click identifier (gclid) and the page that referred you, so we can see which campaigns are working.

How we use it

To send your customers a single, honest invitation to leave a review, plus a limited number of gentle reminders.
To monitor and report on the reviews your business receives.
To provide, support and improve our service, and to contact you about your account.

Email and SMS consent

Review invitations are sent only to customers our clients have served and have a lawful basis to contact. Every message identifies the business it is sent on behalf of and includes a clear way to opt out. We do not send marketing on your customers' behalf, and we do not sell contact details. Standard message and data rates may apply to SMS.

Sharing

We share information only with the trusted service providers needed to operate TrustIQ (such as email and messaging delivery), and where required by law. We do not sell your information or your customers' information to anyone.

Data retention and security

We keep personal information only as long as needed to provide the service or as required by law, then delete or de-identify it. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing hello@michaelle.com.au. Customers receiving an invitation can opt out at any time using the link or reply instructions in the message.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page.
