These terms govern your use of TrustIQ, a service provided by Mike Drops Pty Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). By booking or using the service, you agree to them.
TrustIQ sets up and runs an automated system that invites your customers to leave genuine reviews after a completed job or visit, and monitors the results. We act on your behalf and only contact customers you have served and have a lawful basis to reach.
We do not write, buy, incentivise or filter reviews, and we do not screen customers before inviting them ("review gating"). Every customer is invited the same way, in line with Google's review policies. You agree not to ask us to do otherwise.
The launch price of $149 per month is a limited founding rate, available to the first ten businesses. It applies for as long as your subscription remains active and uninterrupted. Standard pricing applies to new clients once the founding places are filled.
The service is billed monthly in advance and is month-to-month with no fixed term. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of your current billing month. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where the guarantee below applies or as required by law.
If your account is set up and live and you do not receive any new reviews within the first 30 days, we will refund your first month in full. The guarantee assumes you have provided the access and customer information needed for the system to operate.
We help you collect more genuine reviews. We cannot guarantee a specific star rating, search ranking, volume of reviews, or business outcome, as these depend on factors outside our control, including your customers, Google and your own service. Reviews are published by your customers and by Google, not by us.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
